Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensʹkyj on Monday criticized his Indian counterpart’s visit to Moscow as a “huge disappointment and a devastating blow to peace efforts”, on the same day that a Russian missile smashed into a children’s hospital in Kyiv.
